Yes, oral to orgasm
56, married 33 years to an amazing woman with a high sex drive, BPH, PD (47deg down to ~25deg) treatment: Xiaflex with Pentoxifylline & Cialis, traction. Able to have intercouse again - will implant if PD takes a turn (pun intended) for the worse.
