What might help is designing and making an 'attractive' bed that doubles as a sex bed that supports sexual innovations as we age.
I am converting / disguising a large king bed into a 4 poster Steampunk themed beast, with a load bearing roof. 8mm thread inserts along most surfaces can then add mounting hooks, rails to support sexual activities etc or indeed other bed themes. So when a family member sees a unique bed they will not know what other activities it help support

Consider getting urofill esp since perito does those. With a larger girth, she may enjoy it more
