Yeah I knew it was a long recovery. I’m considering going with Dr clavelle so hopefully I can retain most of my size. Thanks for making me feel better about engorgement

You're welcome Mark. As GoodWood said, the glans has its own separate blood flow. You may well continue to get glans engorgement post implant, but it varies for all of us. I do get some when very aroused, almost at the point of orgasm. I can feel my glans swell and become quite firm at that stage. One thing to remember if you do go ahead with an implant is that recovery takes time. The optimal results can take months, even a year or more in some cases. But often there is noticeable improvement much earlier. Most of us are not medically trained and can only relate our own experience. It sounds like you may benefit from an implant, even with PSSD. But IMO the next step is to get a qualified medical opinion.
72, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.
