Thanks for checking - pain has dropped off significantly. Scrotum @ 3 weeks was 95% pain free (only if it gets knocked does it feel weird) and 80% of penile pain is gone - the most penile pain happens at night either when a duvet is on top of it or I'm stomach sleeping and it probably gets jostled in my sleep. Most of the penile pain is at the dog ears and glans.

I have my activation and commencement of cycling at Week 6, which feels a tad long to be waiting (3 more weeks as I'm on week 3) so I'm going to ask if they can bring it forward at all.
39 Years Old. HF symptoms since age 23 (tight pelvic floor).
Tried pills, sclerotherapy in Austria, biofeedback.
Implanted 26th Aug 2026 by David Ralph (Titan 22cm no RTE).

6 weeks!

I pumped up to 50% after a few days and then started cycling after two weeks. Definitely get in touch with them to start cycling now.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Tried pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave, Vertica, VED, traction, MUSE, Vitaros.

Implanted by Professor Ralph at UCLH on 1st April 2026 with Rigicon Infla10 AX 22cm + 1 RTE. Penuscrotal approach.

Was that two individual visits / appointments you had for those two milestones?
