As I have written elsewhere, I have 7.5 inches cut. The Titan is ok, but I do NOT get rock hard. No uro can tell me why this is. The reservoir apparently has plenty of fluid. So, I live with it. I can penetrate almost anything, but have a bit of trouble with a REALLY tight opening. lol.

I recommend using an over the counter lubricant.

...bad decision! When putting in 23 cm sized cylinders, it should be 22 + 1!
