Good choice and the trim really gives your dick a whole new look and feel
I think you will be very happy :D
To have the trim on its own costs around $2,000 so if you have it at the time of the implant most doc 's don't charge any extra, a real bonus ! It gives your boy a longer appearance and free hanging flaccid look.
