I don't think it's shallow at all. Prior to the implant, we all wonder how it will feel, if it will work as we want, what changes, if any, that we'll have to make, etc. Well, for me, it has definitely been a game changer. I have an erection any time I want and for however long I want it. All without pills that do nothing but give me headaches and nausea, a VED which was hideously unromantic and unspontaneous or shots in the dick which made it work, but only as long as I was standing up. When I told my primary care doc about it...he joked, "So what's the problem then?...just fuck standing up for the rest of your life." We both had a good laugh, we have a great doctor/patient relationship. Long story short, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank god we have this option to cure ED.

glad you found a doc that could handle post bi lateral hernia repairs! After going through 15 docs, I found 3 that says absolutely no issue putting in a 3 piece after I've had 4 hernia repairs. Any hernia repair and the prostatectomy was the "excuse" most doctors gave me why they would not do an implant or only rods which I will not consider. There were other reasons that the docs would not say but the nurses did. Great to find a good doc that knows more than half of installing an implant and does not make excuses and look for issues. Best off not letting those touch you being they are choosing the easy route or too lazy to learn all the variables. d
