Having to pee at night

I had prostate removal in 2012 and had pee problems as expected, and still do occasionally.

Something I did learn is that there are certain foods (my urologist told me) that are also diuretics -- tomatoes and chocolate come to mind, but Google it and see what you come up with. For me, fresh grapes also didn't help, but I was eating a lot of them.

Loved have done my Green Laser on my prostrate. Reduced peeing.

Stopped Flomax (as I had pains probably produced tiny stones that passed through my penis from Flomax) and took an expensive saw palmetto mix. There was a study done at Cleveland Clinic. Don't know its results, but stopping Flomax helped me.

If you smoked, check for bladder cancer...you are at much higher risk.
