If you can squeeze with two hands without pain it may be worth a try to add a pump or two more every few days. Not sure what others have experienced but 4-5 pumps is a very small number if starting from fully deflated. That said there is no rush and always listen to your body and stop if pain. Sore is normal but significant pain is rare. Have fun experimenting!

At my 2 1/2 week appointment the Doctor said to do whatever I am comfortable with so I took that as a green light to start experimenting. I have a date with the wife for Friday night . No pain unless I pinch the incision, the pump seems to be placed perfectly for easy access. Not sure what 'fully deflated' should be but when deflating / squeezing I feel the fluid draining. I do that twice and do not feel the fluid the second time but I still have a semi-erection that hangs about 5 o'clock. Is that normal? The pump is so hard I was actually thinking of which tool in my shop might help (not that I would really use channel locks on my scrotum ). 4 to 5 pumps and it goes to close to 3 o'clock and is certainly adequate for penetration but it seems like I should be able to pump up more.
