The valve moving around is normal. An on-call urologist returned my call, and said that the valve will move around for awhile, until the body more or less fixes it in place. I just have to keep it low.
I have throbbing from the cylinders, too. It seems like something normal to me. They're pressing against the outside of the shaft, which creates pressure and some pain.

Glad you got a reply. All I would get is you have an appointment the 26th. 2nd day my pump changed places then a couple days ago again . Still keeps moving up and I keep pulling it down as instructed. When it changes the release valve is in the front sometimes and rear the next. Still cocked sideways into the rt nut but at least it seems to be getting used to that situation. Be well. This can't last forever. I am still planning on putting this thing to use as soon as I can, issues or not.It's been a long time. Grasp a dream. d
