Very dissatisfied 7 times, and extremely satisfied 3 times. The current (10th implant)? Very satisfied :D

Very satisfied
66 year old with ED intermittently for years and consistently for the 2 years before implant. Tried everything. AMS CX 21cm+1 cm RTEs Dr Kramer 4/29/2015.
Revision 5/3/2021 AMS CX 700 21cm+2 cm RTEs.
Revision 2022 Titan XL 24 cm no RTEs.

I'll add my name to this list. I was implanted last October and am extremely pleased with the outcome. My wife and I can now have enjoyable sex, which prior to the implant was impossible. What's not to like.
Age 75, Have suffered ED for the last 15 years. Pills worked for a while but no longer.
Implanted with a Titan by Dr Evangelos Zacharakis in London in October 2015 and haven't looked back.

Very satisfied. If my dick would point upwards I would tell it extremely satisfied, but it's something like 15:30. Well that has nothing to do with the fact that I can, after nine years, again make love as often as I want. Plus I can make love much longer than before, actually till we fall asleep 8-) A bigger dick is heavier than a smaller one, probably that's why mine isn't looking towards the sky.

75 years old, Severe ED since Robotic Prostatectomy in 2010. Titan implanted 2014 by Dr Milam. Titan failed (tubing leak near cylinder) May 2017. Revision by Dr. Kramer on 7/26/17. Replaced cylinders and pump - upsized to 22 cm Titan, 1 cm RTE.

I am.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.

I am definitely extremely satisfied with my Implant.
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan IPP in December 2007 after developing ED Post Prostatectomy in February 2004.
My Implant restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife (we were High School Sweethearts).
We have both been fully enjoying my Titan Implant for the past 8 years and counting.

Very, Dr. Kramer just did mine and inflated two days ago. Best decision I have have. Learning how to deflate as that is harder then inflating. Go to Dr. Kramer or another TOP surgeon s you will see some here not very happy.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I'm fucking satisfied with my bionic dick too.
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.
