I do jelqing left and right hand 15 of each, slow crank 15 left and 15 right what I call a double jelq this is where one OK follows the other down your penis again 15, then a stretch downwards hold for 15 seconds and an erect squeeze 15 seconds these then go up to 22 and 30 and so on with the next day.
Day 1 I do 3 sets going 15, 22 and 30 this is my easy day.
Day 2 I do 3 sets going 18, 27 and 37 this is my hard day then take a day off.
Reason I do left and right is so you don't get a bend from repeating going one side all the time, even stretching I change hands, erect squeeze if you have a semi for me that works, and your feel it, you will get a semi doing your exercises and you may even get some pre-cum, per for the course. OK
And get some kegels going they help you. OK
