Here is a suggestion. Call or email Dr. Kramer and discuss with him who he considers a good surgeon who will do you well in Europe. I know he was just there a few weeks ago with Dr. Ralph. He likely know several surgeons there and I think confidentially would tell you what he thinks would be a good fit for you. I honestly think he would not mind talking to you even if you cannot afford to come to the states. If there is anything I do know, it is that top docs usually know top docs.
