Glans

Years ago in a prostate cancer support group we were told by a physician that the erection process (of the shaft) and glans engorgement are two different processes. So many men who have E.D. because of a cancer treatment (for example) may or may not have glans engorgement; it varies with many things.

In my case, my glans engorges with arousal, but my shaft becomes hard because of my implant.
