I used the Vacurect that I first purchased from Augusta Med. It worked extremely well. When I needed to replace it, I purchased it directly from Vacurect. I used it for 7 years
before I had an implant. The great thing about it was there was very little "hinge effect" as with other brands, where the pumped erection will be big but floppy, not easily used for intercourse. My wife loved the erection and sex while using it. I tried others but they were not as simple or effective as the Vacurect.
My implant Dr, did not quiz me any further about pumping after I told him I had used the Vacurect.
I highly recommend it.

The last time I checked the Vacurect was about $200.

I have an Encore pump that my insurance paid for years ago but for daily pumping, I use a pump from a sex store. They are much cheaper, they have a variety of sizes and they are just as effective for exercise. Measure your penis girth and get a size bigger. They come in 10 and 12 inch lengthy
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

Re: Type of VED to buy
I have been using vacuum pumps for both sex (VED) as well as therapy (sex shop type) for over seven years. In my opinion, a vacuume gauge is essential for monitoring the most effective levels as will as to avoid unsafe levels of vacuume.
Based on my experience, I feel the best available "turn key" system for therapy would be the LeLuv or one similar to the following: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Penis-Pump-Ulti ... Ciid%253A1
You can buy the components from different sources and save some money but the one referenced above or similar is a good value all in system.

Another way is to invest in a quality water pump. Good for use during your daily shower. The basic pump does not have a gauge, but is almost impossible to pump
to dangerous levels and does not feel as harsh as my vacuum pump. I understand there are newer pumps and add-ons for basic models that allow pumping to insane levels. But without a gauge I'm not sure why one would want to take a chance of injury and for therapy purposes the extra vacuum is totally unnecessary.
There is a learning curve and at first a new user can become frustrated at the lack of success. They are also way more expensive than an equivalent vacuum pump.
I find the convenience of using one in the shower makes it easy to establish a daily routine.

Yeah, I just bought a cheap one from a sex store (well, actually, for a sex store item, it was one of their better ones). I paid $60 and it works great. No guage, but my dick knows when to stop.

Another even better system I found:
Wow! Can select cylinder size and pump type for under 20 bucks. I may have to add one to my collection.

Re: Type of VED to buy
I purchased a manual Osborn about two months ago. It was slightly over $200. I've tried to use it but with no luck whatsoever. I don't actually get an erection but instead a bloated misshapen (thin nearer my body & thicker toward the head of my penis) member. And if I continue to pump to actually make it stand up my testicles start getting sucked into the device....not good at all. I'm afraid it is under the bathroom sink cabinet where it shall remain.
