I'm just short of 5 months out, there is absolutely NO pain. When I pump it really tight, the erotic feeling of erection gets strong enough that somebody might call it pain, but I just love it. Sometimes, such as when I go to sleep, I pump it really tight because it helps me sleep. I'll wake up to pee a couple of hours later and let it down just a bit.
