Hey Warren, cut was at base of penis in the scrotum......pretty standard from what I have read......and yes.... It feels like a semi erection....I think the titan is know for the rigidity after surgery, but hopefully collapses over time....never thought id cheer for that to happen again...lol......The underware helps to keep it all in one place especially while running around the tennis court.

I still swear this thing partially fills at night......not a lot but enough to notice in the AM.......
