Flaccid/Deflated Position?

The first bit I was aware of but I find the second bit reference the position a little unsatisfacory or vague. What constitutes better? And how long am I going to gave to keep it tucked up because it won't sit right? Oh well I suppose it's still not been four weeks since the op so perhaps I just need to take his advice and be patient . . .

Betrox;
Did he happen to tell you what size or if you had any rte's ? Does your doctor implant AMS?

To the best of my knowledge he does mainly he does Titan. Perhaps he would do AMS if specifically asked but I wouldn't know. As I said, with the hindsight of what I've read on this site, I'm surprised he didn't discuss different implants but hey ho. So to that end I don't know if I have any RTE's but it will go into the question bank of things to ask him if need be.

On a positive not today was the first day I've had a proper attempt at pumping. Until now I've found the pump almost rock solid but after taking a bath today it was quite soft. I pumped about 10-12 times and had a solid erection (my first for many, many years - yeah!!!). I know some people have said it can be painful/difficult but I was surprised how easy and comfortable it was. That said I will start increasing the number of pumps each day and push the limits as much as possible. I found it much more difficult to deflate but in the end I got there. However, the flaccid is as before (i.e. sitting in the three o'clock). Again far from ideal but as tomorrow only marks four weeks since the operation I'm going to continue cycling and see where that gets me in the next few days. Today has given me some encouragement in that things are beginning to become more normal down there!

If I'm still having problems next week, then I'll get back in touch with my surgeon.

I have had my Titan 2 weeks now at 50% it is starting to hang instead of out. At night I move it alway up next to my pubic area and support it there. Been doing it since day 4

I now have an AMS CX implant and at 4 weeks I put it pointing head up against my pubic area and hold it in place with my briefs. I wear jeans all the time so the heavy fly area on them hides things well. On my CX I find that if I get it too deflated it kinks when I let it bend over and that is not particularly comfortable.

I have a Titan as well... I asked my Surgeon Dr. Hakky about the size of my deflated implant. He told me that Titan have a thicker cylinder and therefor my flaccid penis will remain bigger and firmer. It 's difficult finding a comfortable position while wearing pants.... :|

I'm just at 3 months and I'm really starting to enjoy my new flaccid look. I have a Titan and it was at 3 o'clock position for the first 6 to 8 weeks after surgery when deflated. It was hard to hide and I had to wear long shirts not tucked in. It's more normal now and I hang around 4:30. I don't know if it's the healing of scar tissue, but something is working in my favor. :D
ED problems started around age 50, getting progressively worse. Received a Coloplast Titan, with the Genesis pump, implant on June 12, 2017 at age 68. Diagnosed with venous leak and scar tissue prior to surgery. Surgeon: Rafael Carrion, Tampa, Florida

Post surgery 5 weeks. Swelling almost gone. Still dressing in the up position. Otherwise straight out 3 o'clock position deflated. Will get first inflation in 2 weeks. Cylinders and pump are VERY hard even though deflated. Everything is VERY comfortable at this point with a bit of sensitivity at the peno-scrotal incision. Had to do ectopic reservoir placing due to previous RP surgery. Pointed part of the reservoir hangs into the scrotum. Will ask the doctor's opinion on this. Any ideas/suggestions?
Aug'15: RP NON nerve-sparing on Rt. Pills, vac pump, injections: Injections were best, about 50%. Aug'17: Penile pain and headaches. Implant: AMS CX 18 cm+2 cm. (Undersized! :x ) Asked for LGX! Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, LA Still working great.

Just an update for anyone who might be interested . . .

I've been cycling about a week now and I've noticed a bit of improvement in all areas. The pump generally seems to be becoming softer. Though the deflate is stiffer, and was initially harder to find, I'm beginning to get the hang of it (no pun intended). The flaccid is now sitting at more of a three thirty to four o'clock depending on the day. While that's not ideal the improvement I've seen in the last week and the comments from some member here to just give it some time has been encouraging. In addition I can wear it down now without pain though, while not uncomfortable, I''m 'aware' of its presence so to speak.

Was back in the gym on Monday (so four and half weeks post surgery). So far I've been limiting myself to weights as I'm still finding running a little weird but I've tried to put in a 10-15 mins on the treadmill anyway. I hope another week or two and I'll be back running properly/doing harder cardio sessions. Though with the position of the implant at the moment I've learned that I need to wear darker bottoms. Jeans, cords, chino-type trousers do a good job holding it in place but in shorts and sweats it's quite noticeable. As I said darker materials give the optical illusion of hiding it a bit but not fully. At the moment I train early mornings so there's not too many starers . . .
