I was measured at 6 1/4" pre surgery with an injection of trimix. Pretty much what I was getting myself. Using the stretch test I was about 6".

At about 15 months post op I am back to 7", don't think I'll get back to 7 1/2" but I'm a very happy camper.

I have a Titan implant. If totally straightened my dick. And, I followed the aggressive pumping program post surgery and I can tell you that it "popped" some of the scar tissue in my penis which allowed it to regain about 3/4" in length.

I tell people that, not everyone believes me, but I know the pre surgery chart measurement was 6 1/4" and I did in fact gain about 3/4" after the implant. Honestly.

ableman: i am so glad to hear it totally straightened you. I go in at 6:30 tomorrow morning (nov 3) for a titan to correct my peyronies.
updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

No peyrones here, only radical prostatectomy. I lost 1 3/8 inch on that trip when they pulled my penis and bladder together. Never got that back. For two years I followed a strict vacuum pump therapy for 30-45 min per day. My wife got used to watching TV with me all swollen in the pump. BUT, the implant surgery left me a little shy again...lost another 1nch or so. The cylinder ends don't get to mid-glans but are a fraction of an inch behind the glans. I feel my doctor was way to cautious in his sizing. However, it works great. Compared to a normal penis I give this solution about a 5 out of 10. Compared to my two years on pills, injections, vacuum pump, I give this solution a 10+ out of 10. At 3 months out, I am still pumping up 2-3 times a day for 45 minutes to stretch it out. I might be shortened, but I can keep it up until she wants to stop. My orgasms are great and hers are continual. After a short break she gets on top for more. She loves it. But, yes, I lost more than a couple of inches.
Aug'15: RP NON nerve-sparing on Rt. Pills, vac pump, injections: Injections were best, about 50%. Aug'17: Penile pain and headaches. Implant: AMS CX 18 cm+2 cm. (Undersized! :x ) Asked for LGX! Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, LA Still working great.

It almost sounds like you were improperly sized. :(

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24430278
The majority of men will experience some decrease in penile length following prosthesis implantation; however <50% report a subjective loss of penile length.

Edit to add:

What the heck! Well take your pick:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28725595
CONCLUSIONS:
We observed statistically significant increase in penile length and girth after IPP placement without significant changes in sensory conduction.
