For some reason my penis was longer when soft and relaxed at about 5"The first time I really felt like I got pumped up fully after surgery my erection was 5" long.

I received a private message asking me about my comment that prior to surgery my penis was longer soft than hard. Let me clarify.

After my Prostatectomy my penis was shrinking. I developed Peyronies just in the last months prior to my implant. My erect size was 5" in January, but down to 4.5" just before my implant 8 weeks ago. My non-medical impression was that the Peyronies curve was pulling my shaft tighter, making it shorter.

Meanwhile my flaccid size prior to implant surgery was 2" on a great day and fully retracted much of the time, but when I just sat or laid around tugging at it and massaging it, it got to a very relaxed 5" long.
