REVISION W HAKKY

I had my revision with Dr Hakky earlier today. He ended up replacing all 3 parts as he said the reservoir got or had some air in it.

So far the pain in the stomach and genitals are much less that #1. There is less blood accumulating in my drain bulb. On the other hand I puked twice today and it literally took me an hour to empty my bladder because it burned so bad.

I had a 21cm prior. I am all mummy wrapped right now but I can feel the tips of the cylinders at least 50-75% into my glans. I am almost fearful of when I begin cycling as I bet there will be considerable stretch/pain in the glans.

Not a lot else to report right now, but I wanted to share this update as a number of other guys are dealing with floppy glans.

Haha you were mostly correct. Dr Hakky had to cut through scar tissues to get there and said a lot of other physicians are afraid to do that too close to the urethra. I'll get more info from him later. I think he said he used a 8 dilator.

ViaSwiss, what size were you natural, after 1st implant? To get a 26 titan, you had to be 7plus inches? I got a 22 titan with 2 rte, doc said he didn't want to put a 24XL in because the tubing has to be connected, and with a 22 it has no extra connection to the reservoir so less chance of failure. Going into surgery, I wanted an XL model, because of girth and length concerns. I am told there is no girth diff in the regular titan and XL's I lost considerable girth as of now...4 months out. My glans does not engorge like yours due to nerve damage during rp surgery. Good luck with your new toy, enjoy! Peace out.

My length prior to my first operation was about 6.9 inches. It may have been longer when I was younger. I had ED for 16 years.

After my first operation it was about 5-5.5 inches.

Girth wise I was 4.8 girth and then 5 after.

I asked Hakky "how much wider" the XL was and he said it 3 more mL..
