Just looked at the Tactra guarantee...5 years??? That is definitely a deal breaker for me!
The Tactra came out a day later then the Rigicon and has a titanium core. I gotta start looking for a video comparison between Rigicon and Tactra.
I think I am going with the Titan and take my chances, which are still better then the Tactra's 5 years (IMHO)

Just got back from Dr's office. I am fucked! What I have now is what I am stuck with:(.
So I have lost approx 4", and girth.

He said the 1st Dr. said everything was going fine, but something changed, resulting in the infection. WTF??? I have yet to read on here about anyone losing size or girth as their revisions took place, so I think this is something the clinic is basing their knowledge on what they were told, not what they know (so this part was a bright spot for me because I really got depressed and still had another appt to go to)

Just plan a strategy and know that your determination makes a difference in overcoming what Sklar seems to think is not possible. You need to use a VED if you're not already, until you get the new implant so you can keep working on oxygen and maybe girth. When you go in for the implant, make it clear that you want the expandability of the LGX rather than the Titan, and as an added safeguard, ask for InhibiZone coating (LGX IZ). Ask him to try to conservatively oversize (if between centimeter sizes, move up to the next one (or two). If the doctor doesn't do conservative oversizing, you may want to look at going to Perito as he practices this and mentions doing so in his videos.

With the 20% maximum length expansion, along with a 1 cm oversize, with luck you may be able to get 2 or 3 extra centimeters on the first implant (maybe more, I haven't done the math). Then you'll be set for the next LGX upgrade when you've maxed out the length of the current one.

I don't know if this plan will help you get all back that you want to, but it's worth asking the doctor. Don't forget that there are other doctors who may have different opinions to the one you're currently seeing. You just need to get started as soon as possible so you can start stretching the tissues back ASAP.

Hypothetical situation: If the needed size is 15 cm, there's about 1 cm of tip and 4 cm of rear that are hard plastic on an AMS. That leaves 10 cm of expansion. 20% length expansion means that 12 cm expansion is possible if the tissues permit, or 2 additional centimeters provided you can stretch. Add to that the 1-2 cm of oversizing and that's 3-4 cm of additional POTENTIAL length from a 15 cm LGX (once again, hypothetical sizes). 3-4 cm is 1.18-1.57" of additional length. If the implant is 18cm, the 20% goes up from 2 cm to 2.6 cm.

Don't think I can use a VED right now, as my right nut is still tender. Pain on it has lessened a whole lot from way back, but still tender.
