Deflating is more difficult than pumping for me......the reason being, the inflation pump is round and larger thus making it easy to grip and it can be gripped anywhere......the deflation valve is right above the pump and is rectangular which makes it more difficult to hold it in position.....also, the valve has to be gripped a certain way or in a certain position.....it cannot be gripped anywhere as you can with the pump.....my deflation valve faces from front to back whereas if it were facing sideways, I think that it would be easier to grip.....I'm still a little sore & tender in the scrotum but I do not have pain there......I do have a dull pain in my penis when inflated....

Day 23: today was the first day I had no pain driving my car, getting in and out. Also I now can wear my usual cotton boxer briefs without any issues. I'm scheduled to activate this upcoming Thursday. If I'm lucky I should have a quiver in my bow for Valentin's Day. Excited and hopefully the results are as good as several of you who've posted pictures. I will continue posting with the results for those who've followed my post. I know before I had the surgery I read every forum trying to prepare myself for the journey ahead. All those that went before me, The Rev. Donnie, XO, Merrex were all very informative and their post were appreciated.

Day 29: I haven't posted in a few days as I was very disappointed in my first day of activation. I have the Titan OTR and I lost 1" in length, my doctor assures me I will get this back in time by stretching the scar tissue. I must say, although I surrendered an inch, very impressed with the erection, you could drive nails with this new tool and almost have all my girth already.
The first few days after pumping up, the head was pointed down, I feared the tips weren't planted deep enough in the glans, after 3 days of pumping, waiting 10 minutes and pumping more, the old boy has now raised his head. I was so glad because I can't imagine going through a revision this soon. Has anyone else has a similar experience? Still burns after about 20 minutes of being pumped up, how long before that goes away? Thanks everybody, hope to continue my recovery and gain back that much needed inch, ha!!!!!

Jan 6th activation and I too lost 1" maybe 1-1/2 but as of this week I found a 1/2 of it I'm pumping once a day and leaving it for better than 30 min minimum I pump till I get a burn not painful though. I was shocked to be honest but I was looking and I could visually see improvement I measured and sure enough improvement The tips are under not in the glans I'm not sure how that works if they will continue moving in or if they for lack of better words hit a wall.

How far are the tips on your implant, mine are right at the rim of the head, not deep inside. I saw several say their tips were 1/3 into the head, not the case with mine. Hope not an issue down the road, I'm like you, not sure if they hit a wall or continue imbedding deeper?

Mine still burns at 3 months, but I can get to max pump (not 2 thumbs yet) and can now stand it for a while.
I have noticed in the past few days Ive changed my cycling strategy.
I now pump to a bit less so there is virtually no burn and leave it for an hour instead of 20min with burn. Then after the hour is up, I pump up to full or as much as I can stand. After less than a week I can now stand full with only 2 pumps to get to full. Before it was more like 6-7 so its amazing how much the hour stretches things even when its pumped up less.

My tips are just in the glans and can feel them on the underside in the soft part easily.from the top thru the corona, they are only about 5mm past the corona ATM. This hasnt changed much.
Im also still noticing a brend upwards around the pump region, so I suspect Im not fully inflated yet anyway. May take 6 months to get the full stretch available. Dont know yet.
I was aggressively sized apparently so we will see.

When I pull down on my flaccid, I feel the tips half way into the head. No floppy head and glans swells when fully pumped. It is firm but not hard like a VED and my wife loves it. I think my hero, Dr. Edward Kata, did an awesome job. Sex is incredible and often.

I'm 30 days post op......

My pump has become easier to operate.....deflating is still tricky but it's just about finding the "sweet spot" and then all is good......it takes me about 20 good pumps to get to my max and I hold it for 45 minutes, twice daily.....yes, it burns but then I think about medicare paying for the whole deal and it eases my pain......at 20 pumps my dick is rock hard which may, in practice be too hard, but I'd rather be able to back off than not quite be hard enough.....but that remains to be seen....or felt.......my tips go halfway into my glans, so no floppy head issue....

With regard to length......I had always measured myself at 5 3/4".......Dr. Eid measured me at 5 1/2".......2 weeks post op I went back for a check up & activation......he measured me at 5 1/8" but I'm sure that I wasn't pumped up to max.......went back for another check up to pump & deflate under Dr. Eid's supervision a week later.....he then measured me at just shy of 5 1/2".....I started cycling the 3rd week post op and at present I'm just about 5 1/2".......if my original measurement was accurate (5 3/4") then I'm down 1/4"......not sure if I'll get that back since I might not have had it in the first place.....suffice it to say, I didn't lose any significant length according to Dr. Eid's measurement.....and if I get back more, that's icing on the cake.....

I still need some healing time before I penetrate my next victim, err, partner...I guess I'll just have to be patient.......when erect, the cylinders are smooth.....when flaccid, I can feel the kinks with my fingers (not visible) and can move them a little if I need to......all & all, no issues and it's perfect enough for me......I love the idea (reality now) of having a rock cock on demand......

My tips I believe have adjusted to about 1/3 of the way as well no floppy head. I have seen the head engorge in one month (since activation) things are getting better . Just gonna keep pumping this bad boy up!
