Do any of the implant docs recommend VED after the implant?

Some do. I was never told not too. I was 1 year post opp when I tried using an Adult bookstore penis pump. Very gentle suck. Noticable results.

I was like oh it's an AMS whew that makes more sense.

I'm at max pumps around 30 with about 5 1/4th pumps every 5 minutes to maybe 45.

I haven't measured because I'm lazy but I think my "taper" has gone away a bit where I've just got a straight bratwurst now.

Hoping to gain a little more in girth as time goes on. Stretching 15 minutes in the shower daily and another 10-15 at night.
Or until the pain is too much and turn it down.

Gotta stretch it out!

Early on I could do that till the day everything found it home. Now about 40 is max

ddbryan: If you are pumping 120 pumps to get an erection, there is something wrong with your implant. Twenty pumps should be maximum for most implants and it will be actually too hard. Sometimes it feels better when you do not inflate 100%. As for stretching the penis for length and girth the best is to use it every night either by having sex or just stroking it for about ten minutes. And the only implant that will help in the stretching is the LGX. Reason is because it is like a balloon and your penis will eventually stretch with the cylinders expanding. The flesh around the cylinders will thicken up and give you a bigger and longer penis. Since I had the LGX implant my penis has shown to be longer and thicker in girth. Doctor done a great job for me.
