Captain1117, you need to consider that you can't get any more girth than your body was made for. If you had a pencil dick. A Titan won't change your genetics. You just could very well be at your girth max now. So at 13cm you likely are not the optimum Titan patient in my opinion.
Be aware that penile implants fall under similar logic to some doctors as breast implants. As long as what they do doesn't cause harm to the patient, they'll do it. So without a doctor that cares about your sexual health you could easily get no or little additional length. Maybe no additional girth & get stuck with what looks like a permanent 13cm erection. No insurance only makes it worse.
Have you had an interview with a compenent surgeon yet? Until you do, I'd strongly suggest that you keep an open mind & not run off to a doctor that will do what you think you need.

Maintaining/restoring the girth/length is your sole responsibility.
You need to follow a strict regimen of cycling/stretching exercises. Thanks for all the brothers in the forum here.

As I am waiting to be operated by Dr Kramer in Turkey once the COVID situation gets better, I just wonder what are the pros and cons of RIGICON !!!

So I was thinking about the 70/30 split on the market share. All things being equal, then 70% of the revisions seen here on Frank Talk should be AMS products. I haven't tracked the ratio but it sure seems to me like the implant failure rate leans heavy to the Coloplast side.
I don't have a stake in this cause my implant is still in the future. It seems that the only volume doctor around here uses AMS. So to get a Coloplast I would have to be willing to travel about 850 miles one way to get it. I suspect that my body is reasonably suited for a LGX. So not looking for an arguement to change the way things are.
So if there is any members that have been keeping track of failures or revisions. Now is your chance to show your research. What is the ratio?

I think this applies of for usa market. I have new rigicon inflatable for quite sometime and most surgeons pick infla10 over other brands in Germany. Rigicon is easy to inflate - deflate. If I had no chance getting rigicon I’d go for ams.

I don't know about the AMS being easier to implant. I seem to remember one of the top surgeons ( Kramer, Eid or Perito) saying because it was stiffer the Coloplast was eaiser to put in. It also has an antibiotic coating. It is also the first choice for men who have Peyronies and men with larger penises.

Who is the number 3 surgeon..if Dr Eid and Kramer are 1 and 2.

Well, I saw a video from Dr. Henry (Bossier City, LA - Just across the Red River from Dr. Moss who is my doc.) and he said that (paraphrasing) "others say that I am third behind the two well known doctors on the East Coast".

I will say this about Dr. Henry. He has published a ton of papers, and has collaborated on things with Dr. Perito (Miami).

That's all I know about him. I had already seen Dr. Moss when I "found" Dr. Henry online just across the river but was impressed with Dr. Moss and stuck with him. So, I don't know if Dr. Henry has a preference as far as devices.

Personally, just having had my implant, and having done a lot of research, I am surprised that there seems to be a big deal about which one you get. I went into it thinking that either brand had something that would work for me. Dr. Moss said he was a Titan man and that was fine with me. I had already read that the older "genesis" pump was the most trouble free, and Dr. Moss said he only uses it. Fine with me. Actually, I read that there has never been a failure of that pump since it came out nearly 20 years ago. Not sure if that is true. The name issue seems totally silly to me and I've been studying this for years. Never once did it occur to me that I wanted a Titan because of the name. LOL. I did think about the AMS that expands a little, but honestly, I've seen a lot of pro and con concerning the expanding cylinder. I just decided that I would have to trust my surgeon to be in the right ballpark with the cylinder length. Coloplast does have narrower cylinders for those who need them. And as short as you need I believe. I've seen the test where they exert pressure on the cylinders and there are advantages both ways, but the Titan seemed to "score" as a little bit "stronger" if it is needed. Right now I don't care about how the cylinders feel. As long as they get hard and stay hard as opposed to losing it almost as soon as some degree of rigidity is reached.
I am 68 and have been married for 50 years. I had ED for about 20 years. Treated with Viagra (10 years) and injections (10 years), but finally built resistance in each case. Had IPP surgery on 6-12-20. Coloplast Titan 20 CM with 1 CM RTE.

Did you get the Titan

Yes. I got the Titan with the genesis pump, which I believe is the standard pump for the Titan vs. Titan One Touch, which of course is the one touch pump. As my signature says, I was fitted with 20 CM cylinders and 1 CM RTE with the CL 125 reservoir. I am 11 days since surgery and everything is great at this point.
