Hope794. You say you work in finance. Consider this in money but it really is your dick. You have $100 euros in the bank. You add $50 euros to your account so now you have an account that contains $150 euros.
The diameter of the inflated cylinders adds to what you already have. It does not replace what is already there. I think this may make more sense to you.
Really depressed about the girth. Please help me

LOL Nice reply bro.The answer is: it adds to what i already have, before the salary comes in or after it just came in?
Jokes a part, as i said, i got this part.. The cylinders diameter adds to my tissue. And i got it. BUT my actual girth in erection comes from a HUGE elastic capacity from my corpora cavernosa which, obviously, i will not have anymore. So i will just have the 44mm cylinders PLUS my tissues that will not expand anymore that much. So, i will have a net loss.
I can't figure out how people say that they have even MORE girth than they had before the implant. The only explanation to this is that you can have MORE just if the cylinder expansion capacity is more than your natural corpora cavernosa; if this is not the case, it means that you're gonna have a net loss..
In conclusion, from what i've understand, the "hard growers" like me will always have a huge net loss in girth and possibile even in lenght..
Is there any grower, especially in girth, which had more than 125-130mm circumference before the implant in full erection, but little girth in flaccid state, who can tell me his experience?

Wrong. You will still have the elastic part you have prior to surgery after surgery.

I can think of 2 reasons and there may be more. One is plaque or scar tissue that was treated in surgery that permits a man to have some of his loss back. Or over time with cycling. Two is blood flow. Either not enough to expand properly or a leak not permitting enough pressure prior to surgery. After surgery the cylinders will have more pressure and result in increased girth

No. For the reasons above.

Re: Really depressed about the girth. Please help me
I understand your concern. Reality might be that the results may not be an exact duplication of your pre disease dick for every man. As Americans say. "Your results may vary". I have read that at least one of the companies offers some kind of "custom" sized implant. I don't know anything more about that other than it seems to be available.
I believe that the only guarantee in your life is that if you have ED or peyronies. You will spend much of your life without a useable dick. Not a very good life to look forward to. I understand that it is hard to accept that your life will change in a way that you don't want if you do get an implant. I believe the alternative will be worse. No useable dick.
Of course these are my opinions. I'm not a doctor. I know that at least in my case that I have been robbed of some girth & length by ED. Yes, I was above average girth. Based on several penis size studies I was in the 70th percentile in length & girth among men. Not huge but nothing to be ashamed of. Part of the implant decision is understanding that you might not be original again. I've got realistic expectations of my results. It will be an acceptable trade to get 20 more years of pretty good sex. Even revisions don't bother me.

A wise speech. The only thing that bothers me is revision, since i haven't got an insurance, unfortunately.

Re: Really depressed about the girth. Please help me
The Tunica is the covering for the Corpora Cavernosa. Think about a sausage. You have the casing and the filler. So what happens in the penis is the casing is elastic. The filling is a whole bunch of little balloons. When all the triggers happen increased blood flow goes into the tiny little balloons and blood flow out is restricted. The balloons get bigger and the Tunica expands and an erection occurs. A healthy man has this happen 3-5 times a day and many times at night while you sleep. This keeps the Tunica elastic with the daily stretching. But if these stop the elastic ability of the Tunica lessens. And there is physical damage that can cause this also. Penile fracture or aggressive attempts at size enlargement. The thing is the Tunica or sausage casing is what limits size. The Corpora Cavernosa or sausage filling is like tiny little implants. Only they fill with your blood and the implant fills with saline. So yes some or most of these little balloons are removed or damaged to make room for the the new filler in the sausage case. That filler is the implant cylinder. But the Tunica remains and limits the size the implant can expand to just like it did with your tiny little natural balloons. So as long as you have the correct new filler (implant cylinder) things change very little or not at all. My Tunica restricts my girth to 5". Yours restricts yours to larger. So you have more space inside your Tunica for an implant to expand than I do. We could both have the same size implant cylinders and we would still have different girths. That is why the cylinders are expandable. So they can better fit the different sizes of men. Not all men need nor get that maximum expansion.

Thanks, I try to be realistic in my posts. Not many treatments for our health are as good as never needing the treatment. My glasses are not perect, but I wear them becase I have to. The daily pills that I take seem to be a waste of time & money. Until I accepted that they treat a condition that will cut my life short. Everything is a trade.
I predict that at some point in time. After you see your sex life disappearing. Your dick shrinking. Your best erections are only memories. You will make peace with the decision. Will your sex life be perfect after an implant. Probably not. But you will be able to have sex. You'll learn that a friend or realtive isn't having much sex. They won't ever say why the sex is disappearing. But you'll know deep down why.
Insurance is only money by a different name. I thought that you lived in Italy. Don't they have a universal health system? Americans are lead to believe that all of Europe have goverment ran health insurance. Money can be a problem. But it can be solved. Finding a qualified surgeon might be a larger problem.
My suggestion is to find a surgeon. Only he can tell you what the surgery will cost. Then you'll truly know how much money is needed.
Notice how we have narrowed this down to the basic problem.....money? I hope that your are feeling better now. Problems have answers. Defining the problem can be hard. Now you can work on the basic problem first. Then move to the next step. Best wishes to you.

Yes, we have universal health system but it is pretty crap for 2 reasons:
1. Since they don't have enough money, you often have to wait months or even years for a surgery
2. You cannot select the surgeon, so with like 99% probability you will be implanted by someone who makes, at best, 5-10 implants a year, if any.

Re: Really depressed about the girth. Please help me
I’m eight days out after my surgery and had a large amount of swelling which has slowly gone down a bit,but I have right under 6 inches of girth flaccid at this point and had 5 inches erect before surgery so it looks very promising that the Titan is going to increase my girth quite a bit even when the swelling goes down more.
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.
