Here is an update:
Post op day #6
Swelling is slowly going down. Still some discomfort in the scrotum and I think is mostly coming from pump AMS MS pump. Pump has rectangular big block with sharp edges and is taking much more space of scrotum comparing to Titan OTR. No tubing protruding around penile base and in scrotum.
I am just wondering what will my penis look deflated and at what angle it will hang?
I never took any painkillers since I was discharged home.
Gabapentin 300 mg twice a day is taking care of minimal pain and discomfort.
Even 70% inflated after surgery, my penis looks better and fills more natural that it ever did with Titan.

Post op Day #12
Swelling is almost gone, incision healing nicely, stiches still intact.
Sitting is no problem. Having to concil 70% inflated penis is not easy.
Good thing, I am working from home. My doc want me to keep it inflated for minimum of 3 weeks before deflating somewhat.
AMS MS pump is much bigger then Titan OTR so, I’m still getting used to it.
Penis looks and fell more natural compared to Titan.
So far, I am very happy with recovery and outcome.
Activation date will be on January 11, 2021.
