Re: Anorgasmia After Implant Surgery

I am responding with an update to my own post from yesterday in Delayed Ejaculation.

Last night, my wife agreed to give me a hand job and it worked. I had no trouble reaching an orgasm within minutes with her using her hand. What was different was I didn't pump myself into an erection. It was like the old limp dick days when she would finish me off with lube after I did her with my fingers or tongue.

The implant was a painful experience, performed last May,22. I had no problem with an orgasm the first few times, but since about October I have been able to reach an orgasm just once in many tries during coitus. With my skin dildo, things end up fine for her but we both are disappointed when I don't meet her at the same place. I try to cover up my anxiety, saying it's fine. I am happy you came.

I am wondering if when fully inflated, it affects the nerves and my ability to have an orgasm? Has anyone experimented with intercourse with a less than fully erect penis to overcome anorgasmia?

Man, I really feel for you guys having problems cumming, I got that way with tri-mix, my erection would just go away before I could cum, its the worst. It is so damn frustrating to need to cum and you can't.

I have had no problems since implant, it takes about the same amount of time as before, maybe a little bit longer. My wife is now cumming faster and she keeps apologizing for cumming too fast. I always end up cumming, but it so much better when you cum together. My orgasms are stronger and last longer than pre-implant.

One thing I did not see mentioned, you say you are fit Barry, but do you regularly get any aerobic exercise, running, biking, treadmill, etc.? How about you other guys who have posted above? I have found sex to be a lot more gratifying if I am getting regular aerobic exercise. Just a thought guys, if you aren't getting aerobic exercise, it might help you to achieve your orgasms.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.
