Digging the Saxx underwear. Shipping issues has delayed the hernia girdle , but between the Saxx and a few more days of healing I’m not sure I’ll need it. Looked kinda bulky anyway. I’m going to order more Saxx, but might throw in a pair of separtec just to check them out.

Thanks for the tips!

This was my rig for the first couple of weeks post-op. A jock strap with a hole for my Titan which was fitted inside a tube sock :D Not pretty but marginally effective.

I also have a pump for an AUS. It is not as large as the 700 lgx pump, but I do have 4 balls in my sack. I have to get to the aus pump to urinate about every 3 hours. I like the David Archy bikini briefs. They are not separate pouch but being made of bamboo fiber they are silky soft. They let my junk move around while gently holding everything in place. They are over 3 years old and still hold their shape while allowing me to reach under the waist band to pump the aus punp 5 times a day. Bought them on Amazon. Not pricy at all. PS During the healing I tried a hernia belt. That was a definite no go.

Help! Does the Saxx underwear keep your "package" pointed up? Have a new Titan that is going to have to soften a whole lot before I put it anything but pointed toward my waistband.

One thought, you can replace the plastic cup for a cut sponge in the same size of the cup.

Is the whole sock filled with your implant?
