Last month I had to use Tramadol for a few days because I sprained my ankle badly.

sure it's not something to 'count on'
but i want to know just how effective trimix gel is.
for example with pge-1 injections my penis gets much thicker than my natural erections ever did.
don't think it's all cavernosum smooth muscle growth, i think there's tissue near the urethra and around the cavernosum that gets stimulated.

this is why men who retain some level of functionality after an implant have rounder looking penis.

I tried the trimix gel. Hated it.

First, the tip you have to shove into your pee hole is way wider than my pee hole. It was less horrific for me to inject a needle into the side of my dick than to shove a plastic tube down my urethra.

Second, it was weak. Let to some uneven swelling but not a strong boner.

Third it hurt. It made my dick red and tender. If alprostadil makes you ache, trimix gel won't be pleasant.

But I could see how it might give you some swelling in the glans if that is your only goal.
