Just met with Dr. Karpman today, I have a surgery scheduled for May 9th, I can’t wait. Dr. Karpman is a bust, very nice guy with a great since of humor, my wife liked him a lot and cracking jokes with him about my dick.
He said he is using a Titan and he will know exactly how big when he gets in there but he said either a 26 or 27cm, he said I should have about a 6.5” flaccid. He show us the Titan and my wife said “damn I didn’t know they where that big” and he said he will have some girth with this and you will like it, she said Oh Yeah. I think she is more excited than me.
58yr. Married to awesome wife, retired after second back surgery. PE since early 20’s, ED started around 40, back surgeries and heart problems have ruin my dick
Update; implanted on May 10th, Dr. Karpman. 25cm + RTE

Congrats!You have taken a big step to putting ED behind you and believe me you are in for some great times!Looking forward to following your progress!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

Thanks gjmjoe, I am really excited to get this going and try it out. I will post my progress.

Damn Zoso, he’s building you a monster. I can here Karpman screaming from aside the surgery table like Dr Frankenstein “ it’s alive, it’s alive!!!! Seriously thanks for the openness and info. Good luck on May 9.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
