The autoimmune hp isn't that new but there are more studies, analysis, rats models than solutions.

Help me improve my situation
Re: Help me improve my situation
Anyone else had similar injuries and recover from them ?
Or maybe I have already recovered (it’s been 6 years) and the scar tissue that is there is restricting blood flow.

That should show up on a Doppler test though.
This may sounds simplistic, but have you tried massaging away the scarring, to see if it can loosen and reduce?
Does trimix gel help?

Sonny,
when you say you cant ejaculate, do you mean you don't or can't orgasm or when you do its 'dry'?
If its the latter I suspect you have retrograde ejaculation like myself, where the muscles in the bladder don't contract as they should at orgasm so the ejaculate goes into the bladder as opposed to the urethra.

Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

What was your testo level? anything in 300's and below can have you feeling symptoms of Low T. 400's are borderline - IN THE TRT SUBREDDITS, not in medical textbooks
Sensation of the penis and glans is transmitted through the topside of the penis via the dorsal neurovasculature.
I highly doubt you have any lasting soft tissue damage to the spongiosum as it SURELY would have come up on MRI/Ultrasound by now AND ALSO you would have GROSSLY palpable scar tissue to account for such severe consequences.
All that being said...i do strongly believe you're suffering from a PF problem....but i know how annoying that can sound from someone who is not living your experience.
You really ought to give PF therapy a try....i cant believe you didnt try that BEFORE getting an implant but i dont think an implant will affect your results. Please consider it, okay?
Best of luck to you, Sonnyjim. We're all rooting for you, for real.

Btw my guesstimate is that numbness and spongiosum issues are more "internal" than "external". Inflammation, muscolar spasm, trapped nerve and similar stuff. It's not a great new because there is no wonder treatment. It's also difficult to find a good urologist or pelvic specialist.
It could be also an autoimmune response after an event which acted as a stressor. It's the last hypothesis of my doctor and I need more tests. It happens.
You were brave. I didn't feel like having a surgery when my spongiosum was ko and even now I don't have the mood. Rationally I know it's my only option but I'm not still there with my mind.
Last but not least. You weren't bailed out by anyone. It's how safety nets works in developed countries. We pay for smokers when get lung cancer, we pay liver transplant to drinkers, we save drivers from car accidents no matter how fast they were driving and so on.
Yes, I had my testosterone checked and it was actually higher than I thought.
I don’t feel like I was bailed out at all as I’m not even sure what caused this, neither are the urologists. Sometimes I can’t believe how bad it got, how bad can the damage down there be that I literally feel nothing? And yet, ultrasounds and MRI’s still cannot detect anything wrong.
Sometimes if I have a feel around I can feel the damage seems pretty bad but still, it didn’t show on those tests. Makes you wonder what those tests are actually good for.
I don’t know whether this is a pelvic floor issue or just simply tissue damage. I’m not sure whether the sensations in our penis come from the corpus spongiosum or the other side (top) because all of my damage is on the other side (bottom) there is no change on the top.
I just don’t know how to live with this, that is the problem.
31. Jelq-HF in 2017. Has continued to get worse. 5mg daily cialis, 10mg on demand. Considering other options.
Re: Help me improve my situation
I'm just seeing this. Would you be so kind as to draw a rudimentary depiction of this scar and exactly where it is one day?
I'd like to make some sense of this
Also, the tingling...where do you feel it exactly?

sonnyjim wrote:It’s more like a tear, so it’s like a chord running across my penis rather than the type of lump you get with Peyronies. It also never caused a bend just severe ED, lack of sensation and I can’t ejaculate. It is on the underside of my penis and I guess it’s a damaged corpus spongiosum or something. Strangely I had ultrasounds and MRI’s and they said everything looked normal and didn’t take me seriously or try to feel with their hands what is a very obvious scar.
It’s not going away but I feel tingling sometimes even after 6 years.

Would a pelvic floor issue cause the head of my penis to be so shrunk and white through a lack of blood flow? I’m not sure.
The lump of damaged tissue runs straight across the bottom of my penis half way up the shaft and that is where the tingling feeling comes from. It doesn’t go all the way around the shaft it only goes half way round. It is palpable.
My dick literally feels like it isn’t connected to my body anymore. I feel like I might as well not even have one because sensation wise, I feel nothing.

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!
research "hard flaccid", all your symptoms match perfectly. when i was following the program below i had complete resolution of all my PF issues except my ED. i highly suspect its because i have long flaccid not hard flaccid. if i had normal HF im sure i wouldve been cured by now .
here is a routine that has helped so many people, give it a few weeks!

29 years old and suffered from ED for over 16 years
I had hard flaccid (Potentially Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction) , turned to long flaccid after priaprism incident.
implanted June 24 2022
24 cm XL Titan
L: 5.7 G: 5.0 (no arousal)
L:6.5 G:5.3 (aroused)

Re: Help me improve my situation
Isn’t hard flaccid improved with viagra or Cialis though, I literally have no glans engorgement at all. EVER. Even when I sleep and the pelvic floor should be relaxed when you are asleep.
This problem is making me so depressed I feel like I can’t carry on like this anymore.

Re: Help me improve my situation
I can say CP as well as tight pelvic floor affect feeling and numbness.
Yes it's rather frustrating because when I'm totally numb masturbation produce no feelings and zero engorgement. There could be other unpleasant feelings like burning ass and/or pain between scrotum and ass. But while I'm not implanted, you can give pleasure to a girl. Which is good for libido and self confidence.
