I had peyronies several years back and lost an inch and a half when hard, so before the implant I was about 6.5 to 7” erect. Flaccid I was about 3” not stretched, I have not started cycling yet as I had too much swelling in my balls to get to the deflate button so I don’t know what I am when I’m hard yet. I am 6.5” flaccid and 6” girth. I’m waiting till I start cycling and the swelling is gone to measure, I’m not really hung up on size as much as I just want a stiff dick so I can fuck as long as I want whenever I want and the wife so far is happy with the size and the look
