How do people get natural glans engorgement after being implanted? Isn't the issue with not being able to hold blood in penis and that's why they got the implant in the first place? The only ones I'd imagine that get natural glans engorgement are those who get erections but got an implant to fix PD.

I’ve wondered the same thing!I had a really bad leak for a long time!I get absolutely no engorgement at all.Of course with the implant I’m as hard as a steel rod and it works but I’m thicker and longer when engorged as you can see in the pic and I get a lot more sensitivity this way.My wife loves the added girth and length.The secret for me was finding the correct ring size that isn’t so tight that I loose sensitivity and I can still ejaculate without going retrograde!I use it for sex 100% of the time and have been doing so close to two years with no problems!

The mechanisms and blood supply that provide the erection and provide the glans engorgement are more or less independent of one another in many men. Sometimes what affects one does not affect the other.

That’s the way I understand it also.I could get great engorgement with Tri Mix but nothing with my implant,even with stimulation.The plumbing definately is in tact and working because it is only a matter of 30 seconds with the VED and I am fully engorged,it takes a ring to hold it though!Is what it is.All thst matters is I found a way to make it all work and it does so very well!

That may not work if you want to have sex on the go. How bad is sex with a cold inflated penis without glans engorgement?

Still good!I just like it engorged better!I’m married so no problem for me!
