Has to be a grain of salt there as everyone will vouch for their chosen technique. I also had Scrotoplasty and Glansplexy done in the same operation, no nerve damage (At least, worse the I already had) for any of it.
I got a small infection in one of the stitches for the Glansplexy but I blame myself for that as I didn't wait long enough to take off the bandage. Because of this I had to wait 4 - 6 weeks for inflation. Didn't effect size or angle in the end.
There is more scarring with Infrapubic. Mine is 2- 3 inches and quite visible. Matches all the others I have so I figure it's just another battle scar. Others might be more precious about it.
I believe the risk is higher for nerve damage with infrapubic because of the close proximity of the dorsal nerve. Although in incompetent hands, any damage is possible regardless of technique.
Just make sure your surgeon has done plenty of implants before as experience is everything.
mine also trained with paul perito, he is the largest surgeon in italy and has brought the infrapubic technique to italy and europe, he teaches the minimally invasive infrapubic technique to other surgeons in italy and europe
