I am worried that this thing will never truly deflate and so far my only option has been to wear a jock strap since it wants to be at 3:00 jeans hurt but I imagine like a few have mentioned it will soften up a bit in time . . .

If your dick is pointed at 3:00, it's not truly deflated.

I got my Titan implant on 1/24, about the same time as yours, and, when it's deflated, it is bendable and hangs at about 5:00.

When it is fully inflated, it's hard, not bendable and pointed at about 3:00. Softening of the implant cylinders will not help if you are not fully deflated.

So, there seems to something else going on that you haven't made clear to us yet.

Not saying you don't have a real problem but, based on what you've said so far, it doesn't make much sense.

Either your dick is inflated and pointed at 3:00 or your dick is deflated but not lying a "flat" as you like. Which is it?

It does get easier to manage over time but will always be harder and bigger than an unimplanted dick. I'd recommend trying different types of tighter underwear to get it more under control. Also if your implanted sick points a certain direction in your underwear, a cell phone in the pants pocket it's pointing towards can help conceal the shape of it.

8 mo out I still must wear fairly snug underwear in most all pants. But just looks like bigger bulge--no fanny pack or such needed. No issues swimming with kids at the YMCA--just tight underwear under your bathing suit.

But going commando like I used to all the time, particularly in loose pants such as sweats, would be a serious problem in public...and not in a fun way.

I took this pic last fall sometime and posted it, regarding the same issue. I have a titan and am very happy. I am wearing plain front pants (not pleated which may hide it more) which are slim cut. I don't think it's really in your face. I would rather have a working cock and have a little bit something to show. I haven't had any issues, well maybe TSA. Another story for which I have posted.

when I deflate as much as possible and I'm on the bed it starts at 4, standing up slowly it inflates by itself and ends at 2:30, when I inflate it it goes to 12, tight underwear bothers me, in microfibre or elastic impossible to bear, if it's cotton I can handle it but always with annoyance, I always go out with a soft baby sock

I have a Titan XL 24cm and my flaccid length is 6.5". The implant does soften over time, I'm at 11 weeks now. I'm definitely a shower now and my wife likes it and says just be proud. I ride mine to the right or left and I wear skinny jeans daily. It doesn't like being pointed up as it gets crowded. I also wear a tight brief underwear (Addis) which keeps it flat against the body while wearing loose clothing. I do have a bulge but it is not vulgar. I'm happy with my decision.
