When you pump up the implant and have a full erection, how does it feel internally compared to having a natural erection? Does it feel similar to a natural erection? Not at all? Do you feel like a tubing from inside your body?

Back to the original question.

I love my implanted cock and have no regrets. I will say that when I fully pump it up, it feels harder than anything I remember from my teens or twenties. The rigidity is crazy. But with a bit less pressure, it feels very "real", very normal. Someone said that sensation on the shaft was very different and that it felt like masturbating on the shaft was like rubbing a dildo. That isn't my experience at all. Maybe a little with the 100% inflation, but dialed back just a bit, so that there is a little "give," it feels very natural to me. I don't just mean natural to someone else's hand: I mean it feels just like my own natural cock inside and out. Definitely play around with how much you pump. You can pump way up, release a little, pump some more, release, and so on. See what you like.

Before surgery I was curious whether I'd still be able to "pulse" my cock using Kegel muscles. The answer is yes. But again, it feels less natural at 100% inflation. My theory is that part of the "pulse" comes from the muscles moving the cock, which works fine at 100%, and part of it comes from squeezing some liquid from one part of the cock into the other, kind of like squeezing a water balloon at one end makes the other end bulge out more. Problem is, at 100% inflation, it's so rigid that there's no give. My muscles aren't strong enough to bulge the other end. But backed off just a little, clamping down on the inside makes the outside a little harder.

I agree with Witheringhog that the glans can look oddly small if I pump up when I'm not excited. I'm lucky in that I do get good blood flow for glans engorgement, but I know that's not everyone's experience.

I can feel the tubes and stuff with my fingers, of course, but there's no sensation at all "from the inside".

One last thing. The head of my cock, the helmet part, seems especially angled, and as a result I can feel the hard tips of the implant right where the frenulum is. It's not so much an internal feeling as something I can feel with my fingers on my cock. At first I wondered if the tips were too short, not fully into the glans, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If I pull the cock down hard, the tips don't go any further up into the glans. It's less noticeable when the head is fully engorged, but still a bit different than pre-surgery. I will say, I would rather that it didn't have that difference, but it doesn't make me regret the implant at all.

Other people have commented about missing the feeling of going soft to hard naturally. That is true, but it's not so bad. I do a little pre-pumping when there is any chance of sex. Not enough to push my cock away from my body, but enough that it has some extra girth. In this state, I get very nice sensations when engorgement from arousal starts to happen. I don't know if it's actually getting a little harder, but that's the internal sensation that I have. And if it's pre-pumped, it's fewer pumps to further useful stages of hardness.

Last comment. I've noticed that it's fine for penetrative sex at lower levels of inflation than I would have guessed. In my pre-implant days, if my cock was on the soft side, it was a sign that it was probably going to be much softer soon. So my instinct with the implant was that soft just wouldn't work, like it hadn't in the bad old days. But with the implant, soft doesn't go to softer, and soft actually works pretty well. Nice variety. And also nice because it's not a problem if we start with sex before I'm fully pumped up. Like we can start with some soft sex, and then I can pump some more later when I'm going down on her. Again, this isn't the same as getting hard naturally, but it approximates it just a bit.

I've rambled, but I thought you might enjoy hearing one man's experience.

Cm2756 - if you're wondering if you "feel" the implant all the time, then I have to say no. In my experience the only time I can feel and tell is if I'm squeezing the shaft, especially towards the base, then I can feel the cylinders and tubing, if feeling or squeezing my scrotum then of course I can feel the pump. Unless I'm actively feeling around for it I don't have any feeling or sensation that it's there. After I pump it up to the max, then after awhile I'll get the burning sensation from it stretching the penis and that's all in the glans, after I deflate it goes away. My erection when fully pumped up is pretty much at 3 o'clock and harder than any erection I ever had growing up.
