We have been injecting for 12+ years. Just had an appointment with the uro doc and no sign of fibrosis or any problems. We have injected as often as 5 times in a week seldom less than 3x. I am using 20 units trimix. My wife is spoiled having the hardest erection possible without the foreplay assistance needed to help me firm up giving me more time for her needs. Truly an awesome drug!

Have you had too increase the dose over the 12 years
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

I've been injecting for 12+ years now. Outside of a minor scare 1 year after I was injecting of having a small nodule in my penis, all has been good. I did have to move to Quad-mix about 2 years ago but I was able to cut my dose in half. I inject 12-15 Units of the Quad-mix..where I was up to 30units on the Trimix. Wearing a cock ring has also helped tremendously and I highly recommend them. Injections have been a game changer and a God sent..
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
