Martinez Salamanca like me more, i was speaking with him, he recomended Titan, but i could choose Ams...i have doubts...i know AMS is more pleasure in flaccid, but Titan is more hard...so, i am an athletic person, heavy weighlifting, running, active...i am worried about the implant limit my sport activities...and my sport activities cause early failures in the implant...is more reliable Titan or AMS?

i have ams, its hard enough to hang a towel off, i wouldnt read too much into "which one is hard" they are all way more than enough for sex. personally i'd go for the comfort, your going to be living with it for the rest of your life. Yes the implant will limit your sport activities but only in the short term. maybe max of 6 months or so. These things are hardy. just for an example last night during sex i had my first accident with it. lets call it rhythm mismatch lol, she moved forward as i pulled back i slipped out next thing i know im smashing my implanted dick into asscheek and we were going hard too. hurt like a bitch but implant was absolutely

I can't imagine not doing my weight training for 6 months...I've read that others started their sports activities at 6 weeks little by little...I repeat, I'm an athletic guy who exercises a lot with heavy weights apart from running, it's my lifestyle...the implant won't allow me this??

It will most definitely allow it but you got to allow time for recovery man. Yes you can run, yes you can lift weights, but if you start trying to do that too soon your going to end up with your reservoir inside your nut sack and back under the knife. 6 weeks is the bare minimum, everyone heals at different rates. for me i had the reservoir planted intramuscularly so its a period of months for me. I'm 9 weeks out, i feel absolutely fine i could go for a jog now and be ok. i could also start lifting again but the surgeon has stressed its best to give it a few months because its just not worth the risk. If you go for an IPP allow your self some down time, the world isnt going to end if you dont pick up the weights for 12 weeks. If for what ever reason you need a revision it gets a lot riskier its simply not worth the risk for some gains.

Once you’re healed, the implant shouldn’t limit your weight training in any way. I lift (with a personal trainer to help keep me in good technique) at least three times per week. I’m 10 months post-op, and have no limitations from my implant. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself!
Aggressive prostate cancer (genetically predisposed) at 52. Required immediate intervention. Robot Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) in December 2021. Erectile function never returned. Penile implant (AMS-700) in March 2024. Bionic Boys Club FTW!

Hello...lately my head has only been thinking about this...I know it's something I have to do but when I read about people who get infected and that it fails them prematurely...it terrifies me, because that would mean losing my entire penis... I see that this is like flipping a coin...currently my erections are not of the necessary quality for any woman to want to be with me but I have a penis and I can masturbate...but without having women...and if it works bad...I won't have a penis
I know I have to do it but it is inevitable for me to think that the worst will happen.

You need to quit thinking about it and take action. Remember that many of the posts here are from guys who have had problems. All the guys who have a successful implant are busy using it. There are thousands of guys who have been implanted and had no problems, there are thousands more who don't know Frank Talk exists. I didn't find this forum until 5 months after I was implanted. It's a personal issue many guys won't even talk about.
No matter what issue occurs there is not one guy who had to have his penis cut off. You are not losing your penis; you are gaining a functional and reliable one.
You should add a signature line with your info.

Thanks for your encouragements
I have a questions...which is the ratio of infection in IPP actually? And the ratio of early failures?

i mean, just to clear up some things from your previous post, the risk of "losing your penis" is very slim, this only happens if necrosis sets in and it needs amputating. The rate of that specifically is very very low (still a risk to consider but an unlikely one) As for infection worse case scenario you get an infection the ipp needs to be removed some doctors can do a salvage operation and reimplant an ipp or malleable depending on the situation. In other cases you may be asked to wait which could be a period of lets say 3 to 8 months on the high end before being reimplanted, the risk during this period is scar tissue forming and you loosing size from your penis. Again can be mitigated by aggressively using Vacuum devices as much as possible while waiting for the implant. During this time you will not be able to get any form of erection but you also wont lose your penis because of it.

Infection rates for virgin implantee's seems to be about 1 to 2% after a revision it goes up, I've seen figures as high as 10 to 12% this increases per revision. There is a lot of discussion about it on this forum but unfortunately a limited amount of solid information. Higher skilled surgeons typically have lower infection rates. As for the duration of the device, they say on average about 10 years. I've spoken to guys who have been 16 years, I've spoken to guys that have had multiple failures in a year. its a roll of the dice there is no other way of putting it. malleable is worth considering as their failure rates are near enough 0 they come with their own long term potential downsides though like tissue erosion. I stress that you do your research before making decisions like this of course there is no perfect fix or we'd all be doing it. Lots of things to consider, lots of reading to be done.

But the TLDR is

If your dick doesnt work IPP/malleable will fix it. i would never recommened someone put them self through an IPP if they have a working dick. but if it doesnt work the risks are worth it.

Dr Perito told me that even his MMA fighters can go back to their normal ways with an implant. I'm a bit older however I still box, I wear a cup, I'm very active and have had no issues whatsoever. I thought my fighting days were over. Doc said do it so...........

I have two questions.i hope old members help.. First why with a MPP most said maybe have scar tissue and why not with an IPP? And second..in the past again i had the same question..if someone have psychological problems amd can't find a solution with psychologists because it comes again and again.Pills like cialis and viagra can't work most times and injections cant afford from everybody.. Do you think implant is a solution? Either if doctors can't find a problem like blood pressure etc .i know if you get implant you can't get back..but you will have for sure a good sex life
Ed one year.use ofpills.. doctor saidis is psychological problem.i can't get injections..MPP is the most near solution for me.Greece

Precisely the last comment is what worries me...it seems that undergoing this PPI operation carries a high risk...it seems that the chances of infection or early failure are much higher than what the statistics say. ..I'm not saying that they give me a 100% guarantee, but at least that they offer me a high probability of success and it seems that that is not the case
