Yes.
If none of the malleable rod diameters give you a proper “finger-in-glove” fit, an IPP is usually the better option when girth preservation is the top priority. The amount of residual erectile tissue that persists (or atrophies) over the years varies by individual vascular health, so residual erectile benefits are highly subjective.
