Anyone's pump more prominent than mine?

I have the same issue as you. My pump/tubing are at the front and they are noticeable.

Who did your revision surgery?

My revision was with Dr Hawksworth at Walter Reed. She definitely didn't hide the pump as well as Dr Eid did in my original Titan

I am curious for those who had the tubes going up the shaft after surgery, does it get better/softer after time, or does it limit penetration?
