Obviously I'm not a surgeon, but my immediate thought here is that if the surgeon was concerned about erosion, why create all those opportunities for erosion by undersizing the implant and causing it to poke against the shaft in that very obvious way? This looks totally botched to me, the guy in the video even mentions that the hinge is in the wrong place. Absolutely ridiculous. This almost looks like a DIY implant job, it's so poorly done.

Bad example of a malleable, sized wrong for sure, there has to be some flexibility there also, but the implant dosen't go into the glans area like they should, and I don't really know if that is the hinging point of the implant or just loose suspension of the implant.
I had priapism also and it wasn't a added concern for erosion with my surgeon, the only time the priapism came into play was with the internal stitching coming loose on my 2 revision.
I had trouble opening the link also, I wish a guy could post a video directly on this site, I would show all the na-sayers what a malleable can actually do too a woman.

Can second this in my case. I'm straight at any angle. I don't exactly have a donkey dick (though lately with weight loss I'm around 6.75" in length and around 5" around, and the ladies don't complain). The implant is very secure. Helps to have a great surgeon! I think Dr. Levine has done more than 5,000 or so in his career.

Wow i never saw such a detailed demonstration of a malleable. That definetely makes me think "thank god i didn't get a malleable".

Would any of the malleable guys in this forum be so kind to post a video? You cannot post directly in the forum but you can post a link to your upload platform of preference.

I see many guys saying malleables are awesome in this forum, but i have never seen anything other than static pictures on the forum, which don't really tell as much of the story as this video on reddit does.

Did weight loss have a huge influence in your penile length? I am now shorter than i was pre op, but i also gained a lot of weight so i wonder if that is a factor. about 22lb/10kg heavier than on my fittest days
