I'm about 14 days since the revision so I prob won't be able to say for a few months + when fully healed!! But it definitely feels sturdier already and the tips are well up the glans... I'm hoping I've got a little bit extra length but that will just be the icing on the cake!! The very rigid cake !!

You had the Titan before for your first procedure? So is the increased rigidity and sturdiness purely because the previous one had worn out a little?

Is it all identical or has there been some developments since? (Cylinders, pump etc)

Thank you irishguy! At 14 days I'm guessing you are partially inflated? Did you take any preliminary measurements?

I didn't rod anything disgusting coming from elder people but it seems you are suffering a lot from your ed, you're very young it's true but it's not their fault. Nobody wants to have this kind of problems, i'll say nobody wants no health deseases at all, but shit happens and your attitude wont change anything nor solve nothing.
We all suffer or have suffered from that and when a solution is found it's normal to be happy and to share happiness.

Maybe you should talk to your loved ones and tell them how this problem is hurting you and I'm sure you'll find a solution.

God bless you!

Hey Nico ,
My family and friends are very supportive....doesn't mean I should tolerate someones' dancing on somebody else's suffering...sharing happiness has its' place...not this one...If you were to see a suicidal young man bedridden in a hospital who can't move his legs permenantly and is asking a fellow unfortunate bedridden youngster about how much life a prosthetic limb could give him and an 80 something yrs old man with a big smile enters the room and answers him : "maaaaan i just got my prosthesis and I'm running as Usain bolt and for you to know and that i could satisfy my ego I've been running jumping kicking asses relentlessly for my whole life....but I'm gonna squeeeze every inch of this life because life's too short...but not too short as yours HAHAHAHA" .....My friend Nico and all the politically correct fellas here would be infuriated and disgusted.

Wish you all the best! Believe in it you'll get it!

A humble request, friends: please stop using the words "young" and "old" for specific questions. I'm also guilty of using these words.

Age is just a number once we get an implant. Having a dick that can function for the rest of one's life is indeed a precious gift.

That said, getting an implant at a very early age is also a serious decision. Implants are foreign objects inside the body. With great power comes great responsibility and I’m not dismissing that. Be well, friends.

Split peach

It's sturdier, I think, because it no has no rte's it's just a solid 22cm which is 2 cm longer then before so the tips are well up the glans and both of these things are what's making it sturdier!!
And no, the original implant didnt get weaker/ softer over time...
I can't wait to test it out
Age 39

Honestly and I don't advise anyone to do this but I took Dr Eids advice on this about cycling as quickly as possible, I started cycling because my recovery is going brilliantly and it's a revision, on day 7!!! And the cycling is going brilliantly too!!!
I'm close to my pre length but my glans aren't getting as much blood into them yet so when it does I will be the same length as before or abit longer and girth is the same at the moment so maybe that will get bigger too, I don't know but I think k you can tell I'm just very happy with the result

Can the professional outrage brigade give it a rest on here now. I'm seeing far too many of these sanctimonious comments. Leave it out, we want no nonsense straight talking here and to get straight to the facts.

Interesting what you say about the tips are "well up the glans". Were they not before? Could this be the cause of the increase in length?

Implants act as tissue expanders, in other words, the surrounding tissues atrophy slightly with the formation of a fibrous capsule. That's why revisions almost always require a slightly larger implant.
