Tomorrow will mark the 4th week after my surgery. Everything is healing exceptionally well No pain or discomfort so I'm back to a normal routine again.

Hi wisestop, my first comment on this forum, long time lurker in here. I am also from Poland, same age, interested in getting the same surgery by the end of the next year. Do you feel like the tips of the cylinders are positioned at least mid-glans when you touch your glans, do you feel your glans are floppy or stable and nicely engorged? I am asking to get an idea if Dr Świniarski sized you properly or are you slightly undersized 1-2 cm. Hope everything goes well and you regain your size in a year and get plenty of fun with your new implant.

Hey Plumes sorry for the late answer! Yes the cylinders are pretty much mid glans as you said and the glans is stable and engorges well which adds 1-1.5cm when I'm aroused. I think I was sized correctly all things considered (but yea maybe 1cm RTE would have fitted who knows) and everything feels great. I can really recommend him, I think he's a great surgeon and takes care of his patients and is an expert at what he does. I think I already regained some size, last I measured not even bone pressed but aroused and fully pumped I was at 16cm so I'll probably be back at my original size if I keep at it.

I can recommend you to get the surgery, especially if you're my age. It's not talked about much but psychologically ED is some of the most depressing stuff I've dealt with and after going through with the surgery I regained lust for life and feel optimistic about my future again. Another guy my age got surgery that day and he felt exactly the same way. Sure, there's always a possibility of scientific advances and whatever but I was not willing to bet my hapiness on a future hypothetical that might never come into fruition, especially if there's a viable solution available to me right now. In hinsight it's really obvious to me how depressed ED made me but back then I didn't know that this was the main issue that was making me so unhappy.
