I am in the same position like headair, in addition my ballsack is like a grapefruit and not blue but black, no way thinking of cycling, enough to go for a pee, ice helps a lot, I can feel the cylinders witch are not completely soft and wonder how to stretch even more.
I will ask if I can start earlier if pain level allows.

good luck to you all and special for the revision wodsathat

8 weeks of that does sound pretty brutal! Are you having trouble concealing your implant at work? How inflated are you in general?

I usually sleep naked, but because I’m trying to resolve this hematoma I’ve been sleeping in a jock cut out at the top to give me support and some scrotum compression. You might try that to see if it helps.

Hey Elbowroom,

I am having trouble concealing the package at all times. The suit jacket helps a bit.

Of course, the funny thing, the urinals at the conference hotel are close together and always full. I could almost swear that the guys next to me were wondering why I have a raging hard-on (at 30%).

When I walk around outside of work, my genitals totally deform the front of my jeans. I am having to either on keeping wearing blazers or loose sweaters above my jeans.

When I am not deflated, I am trying to stay at 30%, which I think is about 3 pumps right now. Sometimes 4, depending on how deflated I feel when I first start.

In the pictures below, I am at 30% (which I find visually incomprehensible).

Both of my scrotum and fat pad are very swollen:

I honestly believe that my scrotum is bigger than a grapefruit:

I think many of us with bionic dicks find concealment to be an issue. Mine is almost as long flaccid as stiff, and it's just a PITA to wrangle. Even when you deflate all the way you might find it more difficult than it used to be. Just the new normal I guess. Keeps the ladies intrigued.

Those balls are epic! Do that hurt? I hope you're wearing something with LOTS of support under your clothing. Mine are pretty swollen but I don't think they are like that. Maybe on my worst day.

Hope things improve for you rapidly!

Thank you, ER.

My wife keeps on asking me when this thing is going to be useable! She suspects that the doctor is stretching the recovery period in order to spite her because she yelled at him during one of our early consultations with him (he was mad about something else and acting surly with us).

Per your advice, I switched from sleeping naked to sleeping with Lycra/stretch underwear boxers. They are tight and supportive; the are what I use during the day.

Also, to make sure that I have extra support, I am using clip-on pants suspenders. They really lift everything way up.

Regarding the balls, they do not hurt at all. What hurts is where the penis meets the pubic bone when I walk around naked.

The good news, in general, is that every day is slightly better than the previous day.

I have a challenge to deal with today. I have recently lost a lot of weight and I am taking the suit to the tailor in Milan, Italy. I will need to explain to him why he needs to re-cut the pants!

I'm jealous that your wife has a strong libido and wants your implant up and running. My soon-to-be-ex couldn't care less and has no sexual interest (at least in me). At least lick her pussy to keep her happy.

I have pain in that same area on the top base of my penis; I have a tube running from the reservoir under there that causes some soreness. You might have something similar, or that might just be the area where the cylinders flex and the weight is causing some pain.

Keep going, as you say every day is better!

Mine was black too when my hematoma started...if fact I had black bruising all down my thighs and ass. Just give it time, it will resolve itself.

I just started to cycle one week after surgery. The dull ache in the shaft is no big deal and staying inflated for 45 minutes is no big deal. But the pumping is getting excruciating. It’s like over the last couple of days I have injured every part of my sack so that now there is no pain free spot to move the pump. I’m thinking about taking the day off, maybe two.

Mattbg7, glad your recovery is going well. What pump do you have ? I have the Tenacio, it works great and I like it, but it was a bear the first week or so until the pump bulb started to soften up.

Wodjathat wrote:I had my first implant done in July 2026 and just had a revision done 4 months later in November! So this is my experience.

I was told not to start cycling until I saw my doctor after 5 weeks. Even though I had an infra pubic incision I was more than happy to delay the cycling program. Things looked pretty ugly down there in the first few weeks.

When I started cycling after seeing my doctor it was very painful when trying to get maximum expansion of the penis, particularly in the tips of the cylinders in the glands. I also seemed to experience some residual pain at the other end in the perineum.

The instructions I had was to inflate in week one (5 weeks after surgery) once a day for 5 minutes.
Second week do it for 5 minutes twice a day
After that for the next 6 months once a day for 10 minutes.
He said just pump to where I felt uncomfortable level of pain and just hold it there.

I was given the okay to go a little more assertively. Eg keep it pumped up for longer periods of time. I also went way beyond the ‘feeling uncomfortable’ level. I pushed it to extreme pain level. That was no fun!

My experience in the first few weeks or so was that when fully pumped up it was pointing up to 1pm. The issue was that it was excruciating to say try move the penis down to 3pm.
I just couldn’t. That made me feel very concerned.

I resolved this my angling the penis to 3pm when I started pumping and then magically I could move the ‘hard on’ up and around. (Range from 1pm to 4pm). All good.

I did some Perito bending exercises but to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable in doing it. I felt I was perhaps putting undue pressure on the IPP and was thinking the penis was being put in some extreme position. I tended to just play around and bend it and stretch it to simulate what would happen if you were having sex.

I would however go out of my way to crank up the pressure to where I was in considerable if not excruciating pain, and just hold it there for say 10 minutes.

Every thing was gradually getting better. Time is a beautiful thing.

If I was going to have sex my plan was definitely not to make it rock hard. I’d pump up to the point where it adequately hard but importantly I didn’t feel any pain and could leave it inflated for as long as I wanted.

Then at about (12 weeks post operation, 6 weeks cycling ) just when I was beginning to feel normal, I found I would start running out of fluid when pumping up. Bummer!

Long story short I had a very slow leak in one of the tubes that go from the pump to one of the cylinders.

So….. I just had a revision done yesterday (replaced everything except the reservoir). This time the incision was at the scrotum.

Sort of like Groundhog Day. My learnings.

My doctor did day the first time around that there was little benefit to go for extreme pain to get better length/ girth. He said by the end of one month cycling any increase in measurements would be minimal. He was right. I used to take measurements on a weekly basis.

This time round I am not going to be so aggressive in maxing out what I can pump in. I’ll do mini Perito exercises…..maybe. I think it is important to do cycling every day. Stretch things out and just hold it for a while. Again I am just going to follow the instructions for timelines.

I will pump up to where I feel uncomfortable level of pain (no pain , no gain) but will not push through to extreme pain if that makes sense. Then I will gradually just move the penis around and not go to any extremes. At the very end I may just pump in one or two more times and not long after push the deflate button.

I am influenced by the fact that my length was pretty close to pre op length. I am less concerned about what length and girth I will end up with.

I will pretty much keep to the specific instructions the doctor gave (refer above).

For anyone considering an IPP and the process of cycling etc just remember three things. Go to a good high volume surgeon you can trust. Listen to his directions and finally, patience grasshopper, patience. It just takes time.

I will see my doctor in the later part of December and start the cycling process again. This time round I will be more layback about how I do the actual cycling program. I definitely won’t pump up to extreme levels of pain. Uncomfortable pain will be my new threshold.

Not telling anyone what to do or not do. I am just sharing my recent experience and revised approach.

My only fear at the moment is not getting an infection (risks increase a little for revisions :(

Good luck to everyone out there.

How far could you pump before running out of fluid? How did the leak end up in the tubing? Did you puncture it on something sharp?
