This is 100% false. You've been shown evidence more than once, including by LGX recipients, and you just refuse to accept it no matter what. No LGX recipient on this forum would back up what you say. Because most of them grew over their pre-op length. Hakky wouldn't upsize LGX and AX for that particular reason. You just spreading misinformation trying to discourage people from going that route for the reasons that is hard to understand.

Boston Scientific says that LGX elongates right on its website, all the studies that you yourself cite point to elongation, no LGX recipient would back you up, and even doctors that don't implant it don't claim that it doesn't grow lengthwise, including Clavell. There are other reasons why some implanters like Eid and Clavell shy away from LGX: rigidity, propensity to bend during elongation but nobody claims that it can't grow lengthwise. That's why even the most aggressive implanters never upsize LGX, while routinely upsizing CX and Titan.

Good luck finding a single LGX recipient whose dick didn't become longer! Took me a while.

You bring up the magic LGX giving everybody who has one footlong schlongs in every thread where length is mentioned. Not a single high volume surgeon has ever posted a video saying this, and the site members here with LGX implants haven’t said they got appreciable gains beyond their natural length. So put your money where your mouth is and go get one, and make sure to post pictures showing us how you gained three inches.

As I have said before, if this were really a significant effect, Boston Scientific stock would be hotter than Nvidia and there would be a six month backorder to get an LGX. An elongating cylinder doesn’t mean an enlongated dick.

LGX's effects vary but it's not whether its cylinder would elongate your dick but by how much. LGX has other potential drawbacks but not making your dick longer is not one of them. Potential underwhelming rigidity, limited girth expansion, and excessive bendiness are the arguments that doctors use trying to talk you out of LGX, but never its inability to increase your penile length. In fact, length expansion is the only reason LGX exists but even that is not without risk (what in life is? :D)

The problems with LGX's length expansion is that it's a bit unpredictable thus harder to size up. Undersizing LGX may cause floppy glan, while sizing it up correctly may cause LGX to expand beyond your dick's maximum stretching limits and break through skin. Eid wrote me a long email last December saying that much. Your doctor emailed me saying that he might consider upsizing Titan, CX and X but would never upsize LGX and AX. Guess why?

Also, your doctor's video right here says that LGX is length girth expansion while Titan and CX are girth expansion only: https://youtu.be/DULDzI9UnOo?si=42sBaByBQcMTImSC&t=44

I know *exactly* why. Because the length expansion of the cylinder on an LGX does NOT equate to penile lengthening, and the LGX risks glans erosion if not intentionally *undersized* so that the length expansion doesn’t put excessive stress on the distal canvernosal tissue.

With a Titan or CX you can size exactly to the stretched corporal size. With the LGX you have calculate the length expansion and leave space for it. There is nothing wrong with the LGX, lots of guys are happy with them and they work fine. But this pipe dream of significant penis lengthening because of cylinder lengthening is just that — the two are NOT the same thing. At best you’ll get a softer flaccid that expands to its normal size in a more natural fashion than a cylinder of fixed length.

There’s no free lunch, and no magic bullet with current technology for a bigger dick.

It does. Almost always. That's what the LGX cylinder length expansion is for. To trigger penile length expansion. In fact penile length expansion is the only reason for LGX existence. Otherwise people would just get CX or Titan. You believe what you want to believe but good luck finding members that were successfully implanted with LGX that would back you up.
