Looking for likes/ dislikes those who had infrapubic implant

I had infrapubic done last week by Karpman. I'm happy with the results so far. Pain has been low and I'm up and about sooner than I thought I'd be. Karpman has several reasons he prefers infrapubic instead of peno-scrotal. I was leaning to the other method before I spoke with him and afterward I was strongly in favor of infrapubic.
