But seriously, this is no issue. Pump and release. Easy even without a clue of how the valve really works.

Interesting how some leading docs leave implant 50-100 % inflated for six weeks, while some (incl Eid and Kramer) leave it nearly 0% inflated and starts cycling after 2-3 weeks instead.

Since guys here have had great results with both approaches, I guess they are just two different ways to achieve the same end result.

I've got a lot of information on this after having 10 implants. It's a lengthy but simple explanation. I've posted before, if I get a chance I'll put a link in for you.

By now it's a done deal hopefully. I suspect all went well. Next you may go through a myriad of emotional states, not the least of which will likely be your own immediate perception of size. If this happens, just keep telling yourself it will all return. It will, just consider it an illusion that's produced by swelling/healing. After several months have gone by, and you have made good use of it, you may notice some loss of sensitivity, this will diminish with time. Also your brain will relearn the whole sexual experience as it will be a little different. As time goes on, it becomes completely natural and feels normal.

SOME people don't have all of these stages, but having them is more common from what I've heard. It's like that almost everytime for me.

Anyway I pray for a speedy recovery and a successful result. Good luck and goodnight my friend.

UPDATE. Finally home. 41 hours with zero sleep, then napped for 2 hours so I'll update.
Not pleased. Never intend to go back to Vanderbilt. EVER. Not pleased with way implant installed either. Sloppy work not well thought out in my opinion, though Milam told me "We will not discuss it".

You made it, finally, after all the trials you have your implant. Congrats! I'm glad you got the one you wanted. About 8cm in the body, that is pretty normal. Everybody has a good portion of the cylinders deep in their body because that is where the cavernosa goes. It is the in-body part that stops the normal penis from wobbling when erect. One huge problem with the VED is the fact that only the external parts of the penis are hard, not the internal and that is why you get that hinge wobbly thing with a VED pumped penis. With my LGX when the rear internal part of the cylinders have drained and made the external part hard (ish) I just repeat the deflate procedure while squeezing my penis and can almost always feel more fluid return to the reservoir and my penis is a lot softer.

It is way too early to start playing around with it, although I know the temptation is there, or to make any judgements at all about how the finished product will turn out. You are hard and straight and will have a most useful penis once all the healing is done. Congrats again!

It's late here and I'll pick one issue to comment on:
The flaccid.
It was one of my main issues from the beginning.
Even though I was nearly completely deflated post op my dick still stood at 1:30.
After a week 2:30. Two weeks 3:00. Deflated.
Eid says it's because all the swelling in the cavernosa between cavernosa wall and cylinder. It's like being inflated while being deflated. Only that cavernosa is filled with body fluids and not a fully pumped cylinder.
I was sceptical.
Now, 4 weeks post op, my flaccid is at 4-4:30 and easily folds down in my pants. A big bulge but no weird semi-hardon...
And mine is a Titan. Your flaccid should develop even better.
But give it a bit more time than one day..!

Good night and good luck with your healing.

Sex after 3 weeks
Gained length and girth
So far It works perfectly

Alibaba! Glad to see that you finally made it into the Bionic Brotherhood!

Wait a while before you even think of making observations. It will be numb, bruised and downright belligerent. The only thing that I would manipulate is the pump to make sure that it is low enough, but it seems like yours is already in a good place. Just keep an eye (hand) on it. Everything is really hard at the beginning: the tubes, pump, release valve, etc. Don't let that bother you. I was in way worse shape after my procedure - they had to leave the catheter in for 5 more days, pain was bad for two weeks and I could not get the pump working for about 6 weeks. Now at 6 months I have zero pain, full sensation on my penis, testicles and all adjacent areas and have gotten the hang of the mechanism, which for me was tricky. You have to figure that you have a complex mechanism interwoven with the interior of your physical body. And where I squeeze the bulb to release the lock-out mechanism actually makes a difference in having it operate properly. So, as a result, it takes more practice to do this than to drive a car.

If it's any consolation, the apparatus that is now inside of you is WAY more exotic and expensive (also individually hand built) than your HP laptop!

. enough floppy loose skin that I can pull it up over glans and about 1/2" past. You'd think I was uncut instead of cut. Scrotum looks fine except very bottom brown from bruise at pump. Ab area on each side of navel getting more blue and sore. Perineal area is worst. Just like the prostatectomy. Lot of pain on left side of penis and it is bending left. wife wants to tape a popsical stick to it. Tried deflating and inflating to find a comfortable zone. no such thing. d

Really; give it time! Except for pulling down the pump, I didn't have anything to do with the thing for about two weeks (It didn't help having that blasted catheter in). If you get bored, read "Chuck's Implant Anthology" buried somewhere in this website. Some parts funny, but all true. It may give you a bit of insight and even have some answers for you.

By the way, I have found that "Papi" cotton jockstraps (3 for 22 bucks) have worked for me better than any other underwear that I have tried, and, believe me, I have gone through quite a few different designs. I still wear them now and will probably keep them as my standard underwear indefinitely.
