It doesn't take much time to measure the length of the device they need once they've dilated the space and stretched out your penis. However long they can pull your dick out when they measure is the length of the device you'll get. Dr. Kramer, to use one doctor as an example, will do everything he can to maximize your length. He spent a lot of time during my surgery getting the exact fit, even taking the implant out and adding rear tip extenders to make sure that the tips go all the way up into the glans.

Since you are planning having a revision anyway and giving the nature of how your (and mine) dick gets expanded, perhaps it makes sense to ask for the LGX model since it expands in length over time...
Just a thought.
When I had my last conversation with the Uro he suggested the CX model for me. He recommended those for guys like me - with narrow and long penises. CX claims to hold better due to the harder cylinder material. However now when it will come to the surgery I will likely insist on LGX instead...

danny, I have the LGX NOW!. the doctor who put it in told me before surgery to forget what they say, it will never get longer nor bigger around. It doesn't either. 2 other docs told me I should have had a Titan as even the LGX is never capable of getting as big as I need. I thought 21cm LGX and can expand 20%, that's another 4 cm. That would be fine. ONLY place it expands is in the perineal area and the cylinders get bigger around than my thumbs. They stay scrawny in my penis.

Just had Dr. Kramer do my implant and during the office just he did quite a stretch of my penis and surprised at how much it was compared to when I did. As I have aged and gained weight it appeared my penis was getting smaller and with the weight it did some. Now I have decided to drop weight and after the implant he placed I am very please with the size. I am only 20% at best inflated and based on that percent, I will once again be around 6+ inches which is just fine. If I was only 5.5" I'd be happy as it is going to be hard and sex will once again be fun.

You mean 10+ up and 10 down for at least 20cm. In my video he measured 10cm up and 10 cm down. I have a 21cm implant with a 1cm RTE. I was a grower and Dr. Kramer definitely figured that out. As he said to me when we had our follow up visit, he has seen thousands of penises and trust him what he says something about your penis.

Go to dr. Kramer and you will get what you have. Day before surgery he will stretch you in office while talking to you and you don't have a chance to tighten the muscle. See video of surgery on YouTube and it shows how it is measured.
