I've done a lot of research on Trimix over the past few years. The order of the drugs seems (on various boards) to be quite random. I assumed Cigars level was 30 mg/ml Papavarine, which he later confirmed.
Anyway, when posting, it is probably best to always define the chemicals. I typically use abbreviations such as PGE for Prostaglandine-1, Papa for Papavarine, and Phento for Phentolamine in that order. It doesn't really matter what the order is, just as everyone uses the same template. However, since everyone (including the urologists) tend to follow their own rules, I think it is good to use the abbreviations above to eliminate any misunderstandings. Also, indicating a dosage either in ml or units on a standard insulin syringe is critical.
